Massage

Thankful. Day 18

I am soo thankful for massage. In the past I viewed massage as a decadent treat. I had my first massage before the birth of my daughter. It was very relaxing, but nothing special. After dealing with chronic pain and fibromyalgia for almost a decade, massage is now part of my self care routine. I don’t get one nearly as often as I should, but I do get one regularly. I have a massage therapist (and she is brutally wonderful). Today, I am sore. I have been tense and not making my health a priority. I had a quick massage today and tonight I need to take a detox bath and get back on track. While my back is still jacked, it is not nearly as bad as it could be. I am thankful to have found QuickFix when I was in need and sooo grateful that I have room in my budget to make this a priority (not without sacrifice, but it is worth it).
