Who knew that salmon can actually taste good! The last time I tried to cook salmon it was awful, I am pretty sure we ended up tossing it in the trash. This time, I actually liked it. Not more than a grilled chicken breast or a cheeseburger, but I will eat it again. I didn’t even use a recipe – just googled some seasonings (smoked paprika made all the difference I think).
Day 3 has been tough in many ways – I still really want cheese and I am sooo tired. But I felt better after eating fish with dinner so I have hopes for Day 4. Also, inflammation levels are going down I can tell. That is what I am doing this for. Eyes on the prize!
