I have survived. Of course the minute I eliminate something from my life I desperately want it (have I ever craved eggs before?). The shakes, are nasty. There is nothing I can really say good about them. But… big picture right. I am tired (fibro) but other than that I am doing ok… Tomorrow will be tough when I eliminate chicken, oatmeal, rice, almond milk, etc. I have decided not to follow the detox exactly (I know…) but if I eliminate nuts and seeds then my main protein source is fish. If I am already tired, I can’t imagine functioning with that much less protein. At least I legitimately like veggies and salad.
